would getting a down jacket with a water resistant shell overcome the fact that down isn’t very warm when it?
is wet? Or should a get jacket filled with Primaloft instead? I just need this jacket for casual use, like walking around town, waiting for the bus, etc... but I want something waterproof and warm for temperatures ranging from 40 degrees to zero.
